Marriage Counseling and Sex Therapy

Augusta, GA | Evans, GA | Martinez, GA | Grovetown, GA | Surrounding Areas

Welcome! My name is Brandon Coussens. I am a marriage counselor and sex therapist who helps couples work through relationship difficulties and intimacy concerns. Do any of the following sound familiar?

I feel like I am always walking on egg shells and can’t say anything.

We never talk anymore or have fun together.

We argue all the time and he/she never listens to me.

I feel like we are roommates. That’s not what I got married for.

My partner works all the time and never takes time for me or the kids.

Their family and/or friends are more important than I am.

They don’t apologize for anything and I feel like I am always the one who gets blamed.

They are always nagging me.

I feel like I can’t do enough to make them happy.

All he/she does is watch TV or play video games.

They don’t do what they say they are going to do.

I feel unappreciated and undervalued.

I know that marriage can be difficult at times. I know you might be struggling. I also know you are probably tired of trying so hard without results.

Don’t give up! I work with couples that say the same things every day. Many of them still love their spouse, but don’t know how to make it better. Many couples who come to see me learn to talk again. They learn to find solutions to their problems and compromise on their differences. They learn to engage and spend time together that feels loving. They also learn to appreciate each other again. I have seen so many couples find the passion they lost.

Help is available. I have helped couples learn how to communicate better, diffuse conflicts, and find solutions to financial concerns, parenting issues, intimacy differences, in-law conflicts, and more. If you are having any of these concerns and would like to make your marriage or relationship healthier, please call me or email me. I would be glad to discuss if marriage counseling or sex therapy is right for you.

Insurance does not cover any service without having a mental health diagnosis.

I do not accept insurance for marriage/relationship counseling, premarital counseling or sex therapy.

Conflict in relationships is not new. Every relationship has growing pains. Arguments, communication difficulties, financial stress, parenting conflicts and intimacy concerns are a few of the areas that challenge couples. Research shows that the sooner you seek help, the easier it is to find solutions.
